This policy summarizes how invoices, online payments, subscriptions, failed payments, disputes, refunds, cancellations, and billing communications are handled.
Accepted payment methods
GHL Financial Services may accept payment by credit card, debit card, ACH bank transfer, electronic invoice, or another approved method. Available methods may vary by service, invoice type, membership, client status, processor availability, and risk review.
Third-party processors
Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe or other approved processors. GHL Financial Services does not store full credit card numbers, full bank account numbers, or card security codes on this website. Processor terms, bank rules, card network rules, and applicable laws may also apply.
Authorization
By submitting payment information, approving an invoice, starting checkout, or authorizing a recurring payment, you authorize the applicable payment method to be charged according to the amount, timing, and service described at the point of payment or in the related written terms.
Invoices and recurring billing
Invoice balances are due according to the invoice or engagement terms. Recurring memberships, subscriptions, retainers, or installment payments continue until canceled according to the applicable checkout, account, billing portal, or written agreement terms.
Failed payments and suspension
If a payment is declined, returned, reversed, disputed, or otherwise not completed, GHL Financial Services may request updated payment information, retry the charge where permitted, pause work, suspend membership or online access, withhold deliverables where permitted, assess permitted fees, or require another payment method before services continue.
Refunds and cancellations
Refund and cancellation treatment depends on the service, timing, work performed, access granted, subscription status, engagement terms, processor rules, and applicable law.
